It was my first time visit and first time eye brows treatment. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Naomi explained the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Absolutely lovely lady and I was amazed by her work considering what little brows of mine she had to work with,and I'm so impressed I've booked in again!
