Cancellation policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Please note that if you fail to turn up to your appointment and do not cancel within the cancellation period you will be charged 50% of your appointment value and may be made to pre pay for any future bookings.
Deposits
You may be asked to make a non-refundable deposit upon booking for certain treatments.
